What is dental resin vertical kneader?
Dental resin vertical kneader is a high-precision, high-cleanliness, high-viscosity material mixing equipment, suitable for pre-mixing and degassing of composite resin, denture restoration resin, light-curing restoration resin, 3D printing dental resin, etc. in dental materials.
Vertical Kneader Structure
- Vertical kneading cylinder: Jacket structure, supports electric heating or heat transfer oil circulation, temperature control within ±1℃.
- Z-shaped hollow blades: Kneading, stirring and mixing, suitable for medium and high viscosity systems.
- Vacuum system: Negative pressure reaches -0.095MPa, effectively removing bubbles and preventing oxidation.
- Hydraulic lifting cylinder: Easy to clean and replace raw materials to prevent cross contamination.
- Screw extrusion/bottom discharge design: Smooth discharge, suitable for paste and semi-fluid resin system.
- Stainless steel contact material (SS304/316): Meets medical standards, resistant to monomer corrosion, and does not precipitate metal ions.
- Closed structure+dust removal port: Dustproof, suitable for dust-free workshop environment.
1. High-precision mixing to ensure material uniformity
• Vertical double blade design: Low-speed homogenization + high-speed shearing, so that the fillers (such as silica, glass fiber) are dispersed to ≤5μm, avoiding uneven strength or discoloration after the resin is cured.
• Vacuum degassing: Eliminate bubbles and prevent micropores or cracks in dental restorations.
2. Comply with medical device production standards
• GMP clean design: Stainless steel inner wall (Ra≤0.4μm, easy to clean and sterilize) + sealing system (dust-proof and anti-microbial contamination).
• Sterilizable: Supports high temperature and high pressure (121℃) or ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization.
