According to the process requirements, the following reactor types can be selected: Normal pressure reactor: Applicable to water-based tire repair sealant, simple mixing, low cost. Vacuum reactor: Can degas, remove impurities, improve product purity (such as high-end sealant). Explosion-proof reactor: Applicable to solvent-based repair sealant, Ex explosion-proof certification, high safety level. Jacket reactor: With heating/cooling function (oil batch or electric heating), temperature control range -20~+200℃, suitable for curing reaction.
