Tire Repair Sealant Reactor | JCT Machinery
According to the process requirements, the following reactor types can be selected:
- Normal pressure reactor: Applicable to water-based tire repair sealant, simple mixing, low cost.
- Vacuum reactor: Can degas, remove impurities, improve product purity (such as high-end sealant).
- Explosion-proof reactor: Applicable to solvent-based repair sealant, Ex explosion-proof certification, high safety level.
- Jacket reactor: With heating/cooling function (oil batch or electric heating), temperature control range -20~+200℃, suitable for curing reaction.
Main Structure and Function of Tire Repair Sealant Reactor
1. Kettle body: SS304/316 (corrosion resistant), optional enamel or fluorine lining (strong acid/alkali environment).
2. Stirring system:
- Anchor/paddle stirring: conventional mixing.
- Dispersing disc: uniform dispersion of nanomaterials, such as graphene tire repair agent.
3. Temperature control system: jacketed thermal oil/steam heating, PID precise temperature control (±1℃).
4. Sealing method: mechanical seal (leakage prevention), optional notrogen protection (anti-oxidation).
Why need reactor in tire repair sealant production line?
- Mixing stage: Homogenization of polymer emulsion, rubber powder and antifreeze (ethylene glycol).
- Reaction stage: Resin curing and cross-linking reactio (temperature and pressure control are required).
- Degassing stage: Vacuum removal of bubbles to prevent pores after the tire repair sealant is cured.
